Does your licence entitle you to tow these?

If you passed your driving test after 1996 then the answer is probably no!

In order to tow trailers over 750kg max (loaded) weight, or to drive a combination of vehicle and trailer with a total (combined) weight of more than 3500kgs, that's equivalent to a large family saloon (or 4X4) towing a medium-sized caravan or horsebox, you'll need B+E entitlement on your driving licence.

- Without it, you won't be legal and you won't be insured! -

The bad news is that to obtain the correct entitlement you'll have to pass another driving test – the GOOD news is that we can help.

Since passing your test, you've gained experience and, maybe, picked up a few bad habits! We can help you sort it all out, improve your driving standards, give you the knowledge and skills you need for the B+E test, and have fun in the process!

We strongly suggest that you use our outfit for your training and test as it fully complies with the test requirements and is easy to handle, even for those with little or no towing experience.

We also provide courses for those drivers with the correct entitlement but are new to towing and want to 'do it right'.

Whether your need is for leisure or occupation, the ability and entitlement the B+E test gives could be of immense value in your profession or to your way of life.
